Personalized & Made-to-Order Items
Most LEVY PAW items are custom made to order โ you choose the pet, name, breed style, color, and size. Because these are printed just for you, theyโre not returnable due to size, color, or change-of-mind.
That said, if thereโs ever a printing issue, wrong item, or damage on arrival, weโll absolutely make it right. ๐
Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Order
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong style/size than what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A photo of the full item you received

Items Not Eligible for Return
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom / personalized items (pet name, breed, etc.) with no production error
- Items worn, washed, or altered
- Final sale / clearance items
- Size or fit issues on correct items received
Tip: Please check our Size Chart before ordering. If you prefer a relaxed fit, consider sizing up. ๐ก
How Long Do I Have to Report an Issue?
Please reach out within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking. After that window, weโre usually not able to file a claim with our production or shipping partners.
Can I Exchange for a Different Size or Color?
Because each item is made just for you, we donโt keep inventory to swap sizes. Weโre not able to offer traditional โsend it back and exchange itโ for custom products.
Unsure about sizing? We always recommend checking our Size Chart before purchasing (and if youโre between sizes or prefer a looser fit, size up for comfort).
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order shows as โdeliveredโ to the address provided, carriers consider it complete. LEVY PAW isnโt responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
If this happens, please check with neighbors or household members first. Still stuck? Email us โ weโll do our best to help. ๐
Address Corrections
Entered the wrong address at checkout? Contact us within 24 hours so we can try to fix it before it ships: support@levypaw.com.
If the package is already in transit or delivered to the address provided, weโre unable to refund or replace at no cost.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
If your order qualifies for a refund (for example: confirmed misprint or item damaged on arrival), weโll process it back to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 3โ7 business days depending on your bank or credit card.
