Are your products personalized?
Yes! Most LEVY PAW items are made to order just for you. You can choose:
- Your dog’s breed style / illustration
- Your dog’s name or nickname
- Garment type (tee, hoodie, etc.) and color
- Comfort level (softness / weight)
This means you’re getting something unique — not mass-produced. It's literally “your dog, your way.” 🐾
How long does it take to make my order?
We hand-print each piece after you order it. Our current processing time is 2–3 business days before shipping.
Need a gift by a certain date? We recommend ordering early and choosing a faster shipping method at checkout.
How long is shipping?
United States:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–5 business days
International:
Estimated 7–14 business days (customs or local carrier delays may add a few extra days).
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the package ships. 📦✨
How do I choose the right size?
We include full measurements for each product type (tees, hoodies, youth, toddler, etc.) on our Size Chart page.
If you’re between sizes or you like an oversized / cozy fit, we suggest going one size up.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our items are personalized and made just for you, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Size/fit issues
- Color preference
- Change of mind
BUT — if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please email us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll fix it with a replacement or refund. 🧡

I made a typo in the name / chose the wrong address. Can you fix it?
Maybe — but please act fast. Since we start making your order quickly, we can only edit:
- Shipping address
- Pet name text / personalization
- Garment color or size
if you email us within 24 hours of placing the order.
Send us your order # and the correction at support@levypaw.com
If production has already started or the order has shipped, we’re not able to change it.
Where is my tracking number?
Tracking is emailed automatically as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see it:
- Check your spam / promotions tab
- Search your inbox for “LEVY PAW”
- Still no email? Reach out and we’ll resend it
My tracking says “delivered,” but I don’t see my package.
We know this is frustrating. Here’s what to do:
- Double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Look around porches / mailrooms / lockers / with neighbors
- Ask anyone in your household if they brought it in
Carriers sometimes mark a package “delivered” 1–2 days early. It usually shows up shortly after.
LEVY PAW is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery, but you can absolutely email us and we’ll do our best to help guide next steps.
Do you really donate to animal causes?
Yes. We donate 5% of our profits to help support rescues and shelters for dogs in need. When you shop with us, you're not just getting something cute — you're helping a real pup get care, food, and safety. 🧡
